Our Principal, Dr. Bruce Dwyer, has been involved in  business and finance for more than 40 years.   He has achieved a notable array of educational qualifications including a Diploma of Business Valuation, Diploma of Business Accounting, Bachelor of Economics , Master of Accounting, Master of Philosophy in Finance and PhD in Finance. 
  
Bruce has valued literally thousands of businesses large and small and NEVER have one of his valutions been successfully challenged in a court of law.

Extensive Experience

Bruce Dwyer is far from an insulated academic.   He is hands on, having owned and operated some twenty businesses over many years.   Industries  included public accounting, printing, trucking, cosmetics, food, tourism, office supplies, lighting manufacturing, veterinary supplies, franchising, abbatoirs, cold storage, charter airlines and business  broking.
He was principal of  the first multi-dicipline legal and accounting firm ever to be established in New South Wales.
He is  a member of the Institute of Public Accountants and currently holds business broking licenses in NSW and Qld.  He also holds an Australian Financial Services License.
